The Provincial Capitol Park and Lagoon is open again for the general public.
Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator said the lagoon is now open from 4 AM to 10 PM daily.
Its reopening is included in an Executive Order issued by Governor Eugenio Lacson, making the lagoon and park open for all ages after nearly two years that it was closed due to Covid-19.
The lagoon is open to everyone for recreation or exercise purposes. Vaccination card is not required. The 70 percent occupancy is being observed at the lagoon.*
